3. Project Confirmation
A project will be considered confirmed only after:
- Client approval of quotation/proposal
- Advance payment confirmation
- Submission of required project details/content
Ignite360 Solutions reserves the right to reject or discontinue any project that violates laws, ethical standards, or company policies.
4. Payment Terms
- Advance payment is mandatory before project initiation.
- Remaining payment must be completed as per agreed milestones or before final delivery.
- Delayed payments may result in project hold, service interruption, or additional charges.
- All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
- Annual renewal charges may apply for domains, hosting, maintenance, APIs, third-party software, SMS/OTP services, email services, or server infrastructure.
5. Price Variation
Service pricing may vary in future due to:
- Market conditions
- Software licensing changes
- Server and infrastructure cost increases
- Third-party service pricing updates
- Scope expansion or additional requirements
Any tentative or estimated pricing shared before final requirement analysis may change after detailed discussion and technical evaluation.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate project requirements
- Submit required content, images, credentials, and approvals on time
- Review work and provide feedback within reasonable time
- Ensure ownership or legal rights for all submitted materials
Ignite360 Solutions will not be responsible for delays caused by incomplete information or delayed responses from the client.
7. Revisions & Changes
- Limited revisions may be included depending on the project scope.
- Major changes after approval may be treated as additional work and charged separately.
- Additional features requested outside the agreed scope may affect pricing and delivery timeline.
8. Delivery Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Client feedback delays
- Technical complexity
- Third-party dependencies
- Change requests
Ignite360 Solutions will make reasonable efforts to complete projects within the committed timeframe.
9. Intellectual Property
- Final project ownership is transferred to the client only after full payment clearance.
- Ignite360 Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolio, marketing, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Source files, admin access, or licensed assets may not be transferred unless specifically included in the agreement.
10. Third-Party Services
Projects may involve third-party platforms or services such as:
- Hosting providers
- Payment gateways
- APIs
- Plugins
- Email/SMS providers
- Analytics tools
Ignite360 Solutions is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, or issues caused by third-party services.
11. Maintenance & Support
Support or maintenance is provided only for the agreed duration/package.
Issues caused by:
- Unauthorized modifications
- Third-party plugins
- External integrations
- Client-side changes
may not be covered under free support.
12. Refund Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable once project work has started.
- Refund requests will be reviewed only in exceptional circumstances.
- Completed milestones and delivered work are non-refundable.
13. Limitation of Liability
Ignite360 Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Revenue loss
- Data loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Service interruptions caused by external providers
The client agrees to use all services at their own risk.
14. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding project information, business data, credentials, and sensitive information shared during the project.
15. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice if:
- Terms are violated
- Payments remain pending
- Communication becomes inactive for an extended period
Any completed work until the termination date shall remain chargeable.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nashik, Maharashtra.
